Once your order leaves, J. HARDYMENT is not responsible for any delays, lost packages or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns. In the case of exchanges for wrong sizing orders for rings or bracelets, please email us at contact@jhardyment to see how we may accommodate you. If you purchased a J. HARDYMENT piece of jewelry from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. Since our sterling silver jewelry is plated, we are not able to make repairs on any jewelry. However, we kindly ask that you bring any issue experienced within 30 days of purchase to our attention. Should there be a problem with your jewelry, we are happy to exchange this item or extend a credit to you for the value of your piece.
